 Wendy Ferri, MS, RYT 500 is an exercise & wellness specialist with 25 years of experience in helping top competitive athletes, pregnant women, and persons of all ages work to achieve Holistic Fitness ~ in other words, finding the connection between mind, body & spirit by tapping into the infinite potential energy within all of us. In all of those years working in the health, fitness & yoga industries,  as well as personal experience training as a collegiate Women's Rugby player for Penn State University, Wendy has discovered  that the biggest indicator to creating lasting, positive, behavioral change is one's commitment to a daily practice.
